Veterinary practice software · built around your workflow
Your practice sets the workflow. Vetasur adapts through practice-specific configuration: team permissions, personal calendars, documentation templates and your own services. We start with how your team works, then agree the setup and any additional requirements together.

The core offer starts at €119 net per month per practice location. This starting tier includes 1–5 named, active staff accounts. Tiers for 6–10, 11–30 and 31–50 accounts are available; more than 50 accounts are quoted individually. Owner and patient records do not consume staff accounts. Optional functions, storage, AI usage, setup and migration are agreed separately. View the detailed pricing page in German.
Vetasur runs in a current web browser connected to the practice installation. Full offline operation is not promised. Devices and historical data require a specific compatibility and export assessment.

IN YOUR PRACTICE
Vetasur is offered and developed by Dreamseven, Steve Menzel, An der Weide 18, 32694 Dörentrup, Germany. Steve began programming in 2019; Vetasur as a dedicated practice application has existed since early 2024. Contact info@vetcura.de or +49 1556 9412057.
Describe your country, practice type and current software. We will use these requirements to prepare a relevant demonstration. Please do not send patient records or credentials.
IN YOUR PRACTICE
Steve Menzel began programming in 2019 and has worked with veterinarians for around five years. Their experience continuously informs the foundations and ongoing development of Vetasur. Vetasur as a dedicated practice application has existed since early 2024. Requirements range from small-animal practices to larger veterinary clinics. Several animal naturopaths have contributed since early 2026; selected alchemists also contribute perspectives on documenting complementary approaches.
Plant-based preparations and homeopathic or alchemical approaches can be recorded as complementary information in a treatment plan. Recording a measure does not establish its effectiveness or provide validated dosing rules. Necessary evidence-based veterinary diagnosis and treatment must not be replaced or delayed. IN YOUR PRACTICE
Vetasur now includes an outbound connector for a separate Orthanc PACS node with native modality worklists, DICOM storage and query/retrieve, DICOMweb and Stone Web Viewer. Patient, accession and study identifiers link image objects to the appropriate case; mismatches remain quarantined.
A dedicated practice host, device configuration, access control, backups and physical-device acceptance are required. The fictional demo does not provision a production PACS server. See the integration and requirements in German.

IN YOUR PRACTICE
Personal access rights, HTTPS and deliberate clinical releases support day-to-day data protection. Central Dreamseven backup uses encrypted archives and malware checks within the configured scope. Backup intervals, retention, recovery and separate PACS archives must be agreed for the practice. Malware detection is not a guarantee against every threat.
The optional owner portal provides a browser-based customer area for verified animal assignments, owner-reported history, enabled routine appointments, permitted invoice access and explicitly released aftercare instructions. The practice controls what is published. Explore the owner portal in German or read the security overview in German.
